At 23, yoga entered her life. What began as a physical practice became the first doorway into consciousness, self-observation and a deeper inner path.

Sobriety, Travel, and the Break From the Old Life
After years of yoga, spiritual evolution and a hard narcissistic relationship, she made a decisive choice: sobriety.
In 2017, she began travelling the world. Across 23 countries, perspective widened. Identity loosened. A spiritual sabbatical began.
In 2019, Mindvalley opened the door to a global community of visionaries, conscious entrepreneurs and transformational work.
It looked like emergence. A deeper descent was about to begin.

Diagnosis, Fire, and Self-Led Healing
In 2020, the collapse came. Hospitals, diagnoses, medication, near-death experiences and years of being misunderstood forced her into the hardest chapter of her life.
The process became the work: questioning labels, studying the nervous system, trauma, consciousness, Jungian psychology, and the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza and Dr. Bruce Lipton.
She stopped outsourcing authority to systems and doctors. She began rebuilding from within — learning to trust discernment, read the pattern beneath the symptoms, and participate in her own healing.

The Integration · 2021 — Present
Discernment, the Codex, and the Work Clients Pay For
The work did not begin after the fire was over. It began inside it.
AI became a tool for organising years of research, observation and pattern recognition into structure.
The result is not theory. It is architecture: precise diagnosis beneath the visible problem, pattern recognition, self-authority, and transformation at the root. This is what discerning clients come for.
The Serpent Path emerged from the descent. The Master Codex emerged from the integration.
