Purpose: to understand how visitors use this website — which pages are viewed, how far visitors scroll, where they click — so the site can be improved. This data is not used for advertising and is not combined with data from other Microsoft advertising products.

What is processed: session recordings and heatmaps of on-page behaviour (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling), pages visited, and technical information such as browser, device type, and approximate location derived from IP address. Clarity is configured to mask input fields by default; this website does not knowingly send names, email addresses, or payment details to Clarity through this mechanism. It is not used on any page hosted outside this domain (for example, checkout pages hosted by SumUp) or on embedded third-party players (for example, Vimeo).

Legal basis: your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. This is a non-essential, "analytics/statistics" category cookie — it is never loaded before you actively choose "Accept All," and never loads at all if you choose "Reject All."

International transfer: Microsoft may process this data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.
